Egyptian mobile phone operator Mobinil (EMOB) is investing LE 2 billion annually in network upgrade to insure the best quality to its customers, said Yves Gauthier, Mobinil's CEO.
Mobinil is a subsidiary of the French orange group which owns 94% of its shares, he added.
Gauthier added that the firm is fully responsible for Mobinil's management and policy in accordance to the Egyptian laws and regulations.
