The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited organised a seminar on its ‘Human Capital Benchmarking Survey 2014’, said a press statement on Thursday. The seminar was organised in collaboration with the Human Resource Metrics. Senior HR professionals of Telenor Pakistan, Mobilink, Ufone, Warid Telecom, Zong, Nayatel, Wi-tribe and Techaccess Pakistan participated in the event, said the statement. The program highlighted action plan and benchmarking to improve workforce productivity and demonstrate contribution to bottom line. The survey aimed at establishing the importance of tools that could assist companies in measuring efficiency, effectiveness and outcome of HR practices, said the statement.
