Azerbaijani Minister of Communications and High Technologies Ali Abbasov has met heads of Aksoy Holding and Honeywell companies, AzerTag state news agency reported.
Abbasov informed the guests about development of the ICT sector in Azerbaijan, as well as implemented state programs, regional projects, and reforms carried out in the country.
Noting the need to create DATA centers for the development of national Internet resources to accelerate the expansion of information and communication technologies, the minister said that considerable work was carried out in this area in the country.
In turn, the heads of Aksoy Holding and Honeywell briefed Abbasov on the activities of their companies.
Noting the great potential of Honeywell in high technology, chairman of Aksoy Holding Erdal Aksoy made a presentation about the company's products and services.
The sides also discussed prospects for the cooperation.
