Telekom Deutschland's discount brand Congstar is offering new customers a discount voucher of between EUR 20 and EUR 50 when they resell their old mobile phone through partner Flip4new. The voucher is dependent on the tariff selected. Congstar partnered with Flip4new at start-2012 to allow customers to sell their old handsets for cash.
